John has been a couple of times to unblock plumbing at my home and I would not use anyone else!In my opinion John and his co worker deserve a SIX STAR rating because he knows his job, he is reliable, trustworthy and his price is excellent.

Normally I don't do reviews but a big thanks to John for clearing a blocked sewer on a Saturday afternoon. Turned up when he said he would, explained what he was doing, was clear about the price (which was very fair for an after hours call out) and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommended.

John was able to unblock our shower drain I thought was hopeless. A previous plumber gave up on it after admitting he didn't have the right tools for it. Another company refused to even have a look at it thinking it was impossible. I wish I had found John sooner. He is truly an expert who knows what he is doing. He does not only fix but also explains how and why. Because he has the wisdom and the right tools, I believe him when he said if he can't do it, nobody can.

Wow!! If I could give 10 stars I would ... you just don't get old-fashioned quality service with a smile these days like John and his team give. We had a problem with stormwater collecting around the house so John came up with a design to redirect the water into a new stormwater system. At all times John was excellent at his trade, fantastic communications, punctual, tidy, and went above and beyond to deal with new issues as they arose, all with that wonderful smile on his face that gives such confidence. John we can't thank you and your team enough for all you have done to assist us in moving forward. If you want a quality service, at a fair price, with great communications, look no further!! John even came out a couple of times for free ... a fair drive from his place of residence.
